Our teaching methods have been changing after every decade, and new ideas of teaching attract the new generation to the latest technologies. Inventions are our needs and things change according to development. We have to change ourselves and adopt new technologies.

Talented teachers are required to meet their needs to implement their potential and creativity. So that the student may step forward into the greatest way of learning.

Learning through displaying
Teachers need to apply the strategy of teaching which will work to understand the difficult questions or topics to solve the problems with easier methods. don't apply their own minds, they just do that to get marks only.
Project
work should be one of the important parts for the students, which needs to be
selected as per the choice of the students. Most of the students do not take
the project as an important task. The project must be done in a group of
students, as per their hobbies and similar thought, the project must be
selected based on students' future plantings and hobbies, so that
students' thoughts should be diverted toward technologies that need to be
understood along with the study. Course material is not only just to
complete the fundamental educational requirement, students need to understand
the reality of life, earning for the family, and developing their financial
status.
Mutual understanding through the questions
Teaching
should be based on asking their own questions to the teachers. Most of the
students sometimes keep quiet while asking questions related to their own
physical problems, individual relations, how to solve personal issues,
exploitations, etc. These questionnaires will help them to understand life
better.
Students need to be encouraged to ask questions about investigations, their own ideas, and objective and innovative types of scientific questions based on science and math. Asking questions should be suggestive, how to get into practice, the ability to ask better questions, and assess with critical eyes, what they see in social media or news.
There are
many questions in the minds of the children they could not ask due to lack of
knowledge, and most of the questions are avoided by the teachers asking
cross-questions. Teachers need to solve all the queries of the students.
Make
students voice hard listening to others, navigate complex issues and adopt the
changes, frame the challenges, and feel greater power with the lesson taught.
Become confident and ready for
the participants need to be trained for the attending jobs of starting their
own businesses.
Digital education at the senior secondary level
Knowledge
about mobile phones, laptops, computers, projectors, and the power supply
should be given to the students in school in computer labs. For digital
education, teachers must be trained in the availability of computers in the
school, so that many students after secondary education can decide on jobs or
businesses related to digital education. And can select the best field for
graduation degree for points of jobs or business.
The aim of
the above project can be implemented as awareness of applying for a job
online, how to fill out online forms, how to appear in exams, etc. Their basic
knowledge of computers will help them in their career in any job. Mobile

Changes in
the education system have always been a controversial issue, and from time to
time changes have been adopted by schools and colleges but nowadays digital
education is most important for all students. Basic education, secondary
education, and higher education have always been a part of our education
system. The changes are basically needed as per the coming situations and
challenges in the life of students.
Education policy need to be flexible for all categories
There should be attention to the students to learn the process of developing their business, or learn the project so that they should be prepared for the jobs or to start their own business, with small investments. Education policies must be extremely useful for every student, everyone has to work as per their potential work or their ideas to be notified as their dream come true. Many
brilliant students are left behind due to not getting the appropriate
environment, or being interrupted by the teachers or instructors, or coaches, who read
the working potential of the students during training. Brilliant students
must be promoted whether they are from any background, and the poor need to be promoted
to make the country more powerful.
Professional management through teaching
Regular
teaching with training and leadership development programs can be managed
at the graduation level so that the student could select their jobs as per
their choice without paying a lot of money for high-level courses. That type of
training could be possible at the college level only. There is a lot of money
being paid for the additional course for jobs after a college education.
Digital marketing, publication diplomas, library diplomas, computer courses, medical laboratory courses, nursing, and electrician, all these practical workshops need to be organized, as a diploma after the 12th in college education. Because only these courses help with jobs. Degrees, diplomas, and even engineering are not getting perfect jobs without additional courses. Importance of training for skill development

the above courses, teachers need to get digital training first to teach the
students. MBA has the only solution for all job problems, nowadays and most
of the most talented students are being placed in most companies. The poor
students are only based on the free education policy, and after graduation,
they used to appear for high-level government jobs, like IAS, PCS, UPSC, civil services, etc.
These
problems are not being solved, because only MBA degrees with practical knowledge
in private institutions are provided for such educational leadership development
programs, but these degrees are provided with a high amount of fee, only rich
people will reach them, and poor students are not able to get such positions. These
facilities need to be provided in government colleges.
Conclusion
The
teaching method as per the new technology needs to be changed. As technology
changes, teachers need to apply a strategy of teaching which will work to
understand students' problems with easier methods. Displaying the video clips
