Our education policy has been changed from time to time, accordingly, our teaching techniques have been developed as per our requirements. Teachers need to apply the strategy of teaching,  nowadays most institutions are using a projector screen displaying the best-related videos for educational development programs. This technology needs to be implemented in government schools and colleges as well.

Secondary education and higher education are important parts of our education system. The changes in teaching methods are basically depending on the situations and challenges. Students need to be experienced, and trained in school or college, before looking for jobs. New technology needs to be achieved and adopted with the help of information communication technology.   Importance of online teaching in education

The unique teaching method is to provide the best to the students, to keep them engaged in their studies, and attract them with interesting examples. The concept must be cleared with modern real-life examples. Technology is developing day by day, you have to work hard with the speed of time, and your speed must be as per the speed of developing technology.

We need to make education policy unique and equal for everyone

For this implementation, we have to step forward and focus on the thought process of the overall development of students in the country. The followings are the major steps:

·     Our education policy changes from time to time, if we talk about our ancient or traditional methods, our teaching techniques and equipment have been developed as per the requirements, such as chalk and blackboard to marker and whiteboard, and now using projector screen displaying videos and images.

·     Teachers need to apply the strategy of teaching by visualizing the images and video clips for a better understanding of the concept of the chapters, and difficult questions or topics. Nowadays, most institutions use visualization on a projector screen for high-profile educational development programs. This technology should be in government schools villages and colleges.  How to improve our teaching method

·     Scientists are always involved in creating such new inventions. The new technology is being adopted by the new generation immediately. Films are watched at the theater but visualized on the TV screen, and now on Android phones. As things change, technology and teaching methods need to be changed. Teachers need to be technically trained in visualization technology.

·     In Government schools, new technology is not being adopted, after completing basic and secondary education, students start looking for jobs as to the situation and financial problems. Students need to be educated at the secondary level about digital marketing and the online marking process needs to be learned along with the education.  

·     Basically after secondary classes we need to change the system of education so that the graduation level degree must be based on creating jobs, or businesses. Only engineering and medical degrees have the facility to become doctors or engineers after the senior secondary level of education.

·     Secondary education and higher education are important parts of our education system. The changes are needed as per the coming situations and challenges in students' life when they start looking for jobs. They have no knowledge of jobs, every organization required experience, and how it is possible to do any job. Students need to be trained in school or college, as the doctors are trained during their course.  

·     Graduation degree should be based on future plans, such as a degree in teaching, a degree in law, a degree in agriculture, a degree in mass communication, a degree in arts and drawing, a degree in physical education, a degree in forest education, degree nursing, a degree in acting, dancing or music, etc.

·     There are three streams of education, basically art, science, and commerce, but if they apply for jobs, the value of education becomes equal for all in competitive exams, where competition level increases and jobs are achieved by only those who have been studying in private coaching centers, only a few get selected with their own hard work and practice.

·     Digital knowledge about all electronic gadgets like mobiles, laptops, computers, projectors, etc. Need to be provided in school computer labs. teachers also need to be trained in the availability of computers in the school with a computer lab. So that the students after senior secondary education may start their jobs or businesses based on digital education, or the degree should be provided based on digital knowledge.

·      The aim of the digital project can be implemented as awareness of online jobs or businesses. Their basic knowledge of computers will help them in their career in any job. Changes in the education system have been an issue, and from time to time changes need to be adopted by the schools but nowadays digital education became the most important for all students.   Importance of online teaching in education

The best method of teaching keeps engaged students attracted to a topic, the concept must be clear giving examples of real life. Technology changing and developing, and if you are not running with the speed of time, you will be left behind with the benefits of new tech, your speed needs to be as per the speed of developing technology.

There is a big competition everywhere nowadays, the competition level is increasing every year and you have to be aware of every new launch. As per the competition you have to be faster to know things, everything is possible if you are not going with the time and will not be able to achieve anything in life. Things are difficult but they are possible and achieving that then becomes easier for you. 

Conclusion

The best method of teaching involves the students in the study so that students’ attraction to the study will be interesting. Technology is developing, work hard and not run at the speed of time. New technology must be adopted with the help of the internet, face every new challenge, and fight with the competition. We need to make education policy unique and equal for everyone, we have to step forward for the overall development.

Our education policy changes from time to time, and our teaching technique is developed as per the requirements. Teachers need to apply the strategy of teaching. Inventions change as per our need and technology have been adopted by the new generation immediately. As things change, technology and teaching methods need to be changed.  In Government schools, new technology is not being adopted.

Students need to be educated in digital marketing and visualization, so they understand job seekers. Digital knowledge about all electronic gadgets needs to be provided in schools. Teachers also need to be trained in computer knowledge. So that the students after secondary education can start their jobs or businesses.
