There are some disadvantages of ICT that all depend on the uses of ICT:

·       The main disadvantages of ICT are the high cost of maintenance of infrastructure, and the software and hardware tools requiring high maintenance.

·       Little attention toward the cost of the high-quality tools of ICT, if the tools are procured then there is no value of tools in the second-hand market.

·       Accessibility issue is the most common, some may have their benefits but others have electricity, recharges, and literacy issues in some cases.

·       Technology is not forever, keeps changing, and trained people are required to get maximum benefits.

·       Literacy is also the cause of some people not even in today's environment taking the benefits of ICT in their life.

·       Difficulties of evaluation, ICT is enhancing a lot of people but its benefits are in the long term.
