Talent management strategy plays an important role in recruitment and selection procedures. It is called the employment process by the organization. And it is used for talent alignment, talent development, and talent retention.

Talent management’s strategy plan plays an important role in recruitment and selection procedures. This is also called the employment process by the organization with the help of talent management. It is also used for talent alignment talent development and talent retention. Why is talent management important?

Here we are talking about a talent management strategy that works for the best people to select. The talent management strategy has grown as technical development and has become competitive for businesses. It incorporates various solutions to recruit, train, retain, engage, and promote. 

Several talent management strategies can assist organizations in dealing with employees. We can describe here the four important strategies that work in the organization, that are talent selection, talent alignment, talent development, and talent retention.

A large number of people facing challenges, accepting applications, interviewing, recruiting, and retaining, thousands of recruitment can result in confusion, and missed opportunities; this is all wasting of money and time.

Assessments
Assessment is the process when employees’ job responsibilities do not match their talent and skill, an assessment will help the right hiring decision to place the right people in the right position.  

Learning Management
The organization used learning management as a strategy for employees’ performance. Learning management programs aspects the learning such as recruiting, employment performance, monitoring, and making it simple for employees development.

Employee’s career development strategy ensures the employees' growth and improvement. The talent management strategy is to identify highly talented employees who can replace executives. That can be developed by four strategies.

Talent selection

Talent selection is the selection of the right person in the right place is the key to a businessman. It might be difficult to select the right person; talent selection is required for proper planning for the expected result.

Talent selections consist of five selection processes.

·       Job Benchmarks

Job benchmark is the process determined key responsibility of the job individual motivation, and skill required. All this can accomplish some hours of meeting 4 to 10 people at a time. The process is based on 30 30-minute online evaluation to be done, where all participants individually can apply and show their talent. 

·        Assess candidate

The assessment process is used to assess the candidate with his personal talent report, and that report reflects the competencies and highly skilled candidate can find out.

·        Compare job and talent

Compare job process is the requirement of talent, here the character of the person cannot be judged, only the talented can find out. 

·        Behavioral interview

A behavioral interview is the fourth section to enhance the data of the behavioral interviewing. An effective interview is having the right question for the particular job, and the candidate’s behavior and knowledge are accounted for.

·        Selection

The last and final stage of the process is making the selection, now it depends on all information collected about the candidate's qualifications, assessment behavior, and all the processes completed for the selection for the job.

Talent Alignment

Talent alignment is truly individual has the many choices to be associated with the organization. Talent alignment explores all talent strategies and organizes a model or framework that will attract, retain, and motivate talent. 

Different types of talent can be considered as talent one perspective is optional for the others. Talent alignment is regarded as a talent in terms of both competence required and capability of attraction.

Organizational culture makes the framework with which talent works can be beneficial to talented people that environments can be abusive, good great even inspiring. One may be more able to explore appropriate mediums such as alignment conversations.

Talent Development

Talent development is based on the career affiliation with employees, Talent development learning through experience. Whether it is irregular changes in time and money, it may not be tasteful learning or experience.

The development process allows the organization to set objectives that will ensure successful development programs, which will not only help the organization but also the needy employees. The development strategy is established based on the most development occurs more experience that is earned by the daily task.

Most management development programs provide a unique message, this is the secret to the success of the organization, a formal learning program is for the teaching of the leaders, providing the best opportunity to learn, and it also provides the learning system through face-to-face meetings.

Talent Retention

Talent retention is basically retention programs that are organized to create and promote an environment that encourages employees to remain with the organization, having policies and practices that address their various needs.

The organization changes the way of management, talented employees are regularly required to face new challenges and objectives, they can achieve and supply the data and resources, and they can be utilized to solve the problems of the organization.

Several surveys indicate that the reason behind people having their jobs is because of their relationship with the boss, not because of disputes.

Let us talk about the 5 elements that can be useful for the firm.

·       Clear goals targets and expectations

The organization must defend the goal to the employees and meet the organization's expectations. A talented brain without a goal is not good for the organization.

·       Balanced work environment

Talented employees, in the beginning, work with full energy, but often they need time to regain the energy. Organizations need to retain talented employees; need to provide a constructive environment and facilities that allow them to regain their energy.

·       Track performance goals and provide analysis

The creative workforce needs constant motivation to perform better.  If any suggestion is not delivered through him in depression, so they are talented employees, they must be provided a constructive environment. So the performance needs to be tracked.

·       Fair evaluation of performance

At the end of the task, excellent performance is needed to be credited to the employees for the work. This is the formal assessment, the appreciation of the hard work of their performance. They should be told here, that they meet the expectations.

Every strategy has a specific role for the specific task, whether it is the selection process or alignment, development, and retention. Here we know how to utilize a talent management strategy for the selection, of the best candidate for the organization, and with many strategic development programs employees are attracted, retained, and motivated.

In retention strategy, I would say that organizations are expecting the best and most talented to be selected, but after that, the balance of work and the environment is required, performance goal is tracked and performance is evaluated, then compensation is required for the best result.

Nowadays most students keep busy with their mobiles, even if they want to play games that are also played on mobiles. It is not only the habit of the students but the whole world is busy with their mobile phones. Nobody has the time to play real sports and games.

What is the importance of the games, we need to know. But this is only possible if students will divert their minds in the other direction. We need to think about sports along with study, physical fitness is compulsory for students. Most of the students don't have any interest in games and sports but a few of them want to make their career in sports. We need to help them to select the best game in which they are interested. Why are students not interested in sports?

It is seen that all the students are interested in watching games, like cricket, but not everyone wants to play the game. Different factors turn the student in the other direction. Why they are not interested in sports, let's discuss.

Environment factor

In this factor students may not be interested in participating in sports, there may be a lack of experienced teachers or couches, or students may be living too far from the sports ground or sports facilities, therefore the attraction towards sports is not possible. Students may be viewing sports as an opportunity to learn new skills, be socially connected, and healthier lifestyles, etc.

Long term career

Students may have thought that sports are a long-term career, because sports give success in the long term and continue practicing for many hours, and may not have any connection with sports. and maybe their families’ concentration on academic priority than physical education or they may be thinking of sports as a healthier lifestyle.   

Self-consciousness

They may feel self-conscious during the game, maybe their parents are enthusiastic about sports, and students who have dropped out of sports, they may think sports are too competitive. Incidents happen in games

Most of the players dropped out of sports, because of fear of hitting the ball in cricket, football, hockey, etc. It happens in the ground. Sports in schools and colleges

Some people use sports as stress relief or for the best fitness level. But in most of the schools, sports activities are not preferred of such importance. Sports competitions are always being organized but for practices, they are not given regular time the study. Sports activities need to be organized from time to time in schools or colleges, so that interested students may attract to the games.

Students must be awarded even for participation in any sports competition. The educator also needs to find the activities of the students who are better at sports than studying. Most of the best payer history says they were not good in study.

But I am not going to recommend it. Being an educational motivator, I would say education is the most important part for everyone to develop the family, society, and the country. Survey of sports activities

Planning for every game has been organized by the government and sports authorities. There are lots of facilities available all over the country, but it depends on how many students are there to avail of the facilities.

If the students are selected from the schools and are given a full day to play their interesting games, what will happen, most of the students will get ready to play but after playing for one hour 50 % of students will leave the ground. How to encourage children to sports

This depends on the interest of the students, and what game they like most. Every game has its criteria according to the fitness of the body. Stamina is required in every game but what kind of practices, and essential training are necessary for the games that information can be searched out from lots of resources, like the internet, friends, and the players.

Parents need to find

Parents have to find the activities of the children if they are good at studying and along with studying taking interest in any sports, we need to find, out how they are enjoying the game, we have to notice the strengths or weaknesses of the child, and what they need to be provided to focus on the sports. Motivation for keeping healthy forever

There should not be too much pressure on them, let them work hard on sports. Winning or losing does not matter, need to see what the child's reaction is. If they lose the game, frustration and stress may decrease engagement with the sport. Always be helpful to the child whenever he needs the things for playing, you need to arrange all and provide the best as much as possible, his interest should not be let down.

Clear your understanding with the child

You need time to see them, listen, and understand, them at every step. They may be discouraged due to an incident that happens during the game, that is the time, you need to be there with the child if they fail. Don’t let them down but always say, it's a game, sometimes up and down. It happens in life, not everyone is fixed to win, everyone wants to win, so play for winning and give your best. If your child wants to go further, make your reaction positive.  

Be a helping hand to a child

Always help the child, whenever and wherever they need to go forward for the sports, you need to arrange for that and provide him or the best possible things, don’t let down his or her morale, and always be supportive during the game.

Understand the stress of the child

Sometimes you need to discuss his/her personal matters, how the teamwork is, what the stress facing, etc. understand the specific feature, his or her role in physical activities, or any weakness of more fitness supplements such as diet proteins, etc?

You also need to play sometimes with them, not for your practice but to make your child’s interest focused on the sports. You can try to check your child's performance in many games and check thoroughly how he or she is playing and discuss with the trainer, which game he or she can do better than selecting the game. How to create awareness to manage stress in youth

Encourage your child to different sports

If your child is practicing in many games, let him/her practice and you need to watch what game he/she is doing best. Keep practicing on your favorite game, and do not be pressured to do that. Sometimes he or she may turn towards the other game.

Teach your child what is good competition by giving many examples of sportsmen and putting him or her forward doing the best. If your child is challenged in competition, don’t discourage, but encourage them or them to do better in the next competition, and give respect for his or her performance.  

Self-esteem and social skills and value of the award

Always remember that sports having self-respect in society encourages them to work hard and motivates them to improve their abilities. Tell them about the self-esteem and social values of the sportsmen, and the respected awards, and medals, that all are the pride of the country. If achieved once and will be remembered forever in history.

Conclusion

You know sports practice is more challenging than studying, and for stamina, we should have a special diet and protein supplements for upgrading. Stamina increases confidence to play better with the competitors. Internally you need to keep the spirit to step forward.

If the child plays somewhere as a competitor then you will come to know, what are further practices and training required? Self-training and trainer’s training both are necessary but as per the financial situation, you have to step forward. 

The government is also providing such training, but students need to achieve those facilities, they have to pass throw many primary tests and then they can avail themselves of these facilities. if selected, then there is the government's responsibility to prepare the candidate for international sports.

Importance of education

The importance of education is necessary to understand every student. It has been taught traditionally to the student by the parents, the senior people of the family, and our great teachers as well. However, it is described well by the teachers because they are the best guide, and must be followed by the students.

Every student must be aware of the importance of education, and the teachers should help them out to show the direction toward success. The value of education, students better understand when they desire a better position in society, and education is the only option that leads them to the best position.

Studying in a multicultural environment

Students must have the capability to study anywhere, in any environment, or in any situation. It is said that the student who has to study discovers the way of studying himself. It doesn't require any particular place or peaceful environment to study, you will have seen many examples in history of how great people studied in their lives.

Every student needs to make a habit of studying in a multicultural environment, this is the experience and learning to adjust in any situation. For example, if you are selected in the army, or police, a senior post, and you are posted in Jammu Kashmir or Laddakh or any part of the county such as Assam or Nagaland or Andaman Nicobar Island, etc. you must have the capability to survive to face the situation or adjust as per the climate of that area. 

Children should be close to nature

Children need to live closer to nature because we read a lot of stories and poems about nature, and teachers have explained all about nature, its beauty, and balance in nature, so we must be aware of all these. If we are not taking care of our environment, in the future the oxygen level may decrease, which may affect our breathing. Students must know about environmental balancing.

Students must have knowledge of nature and our environment, and that should not be polluted. What should we do, to cure or purify our environment, this is very necessary to understand the students for their upcoming future. Students must have the knowledge of how to protect, or what precautions we should take to save our earth.

Basic meditation tips for fitness

Nowadays meditation exercises are being done in old age. They used to do it as advised by the doctors, and they knew their bodies must survive. So they start meditation to escape from disease. Your family is a small world for you, your parents arrange everything for your development, whatever is required, whether it is food, shelter, or education, but as per your education, your responsibilities increase here.

This is your priority to understand the relationship between the family, and your responsibilities, and then you have to develop yourself with social values and social responsibilities. Every student is the future of the nation and they have to think to develop their family, society, and the country.  

Time is more precious than money

Time is just for information and indication, but there are lots of opportunities that need to be recognized, if you think money is more important than time, it will not wait for you, the use of time is more precious than money. 

Therefore utilize your time, and concentrate on study. If at the time take taking education, you are trying to earn money, then you will be away from your education. So education is the most important at the time.

Games and sports are very important for maintaining a healthy environment.
